At NutriChef Kitchen, we stand behind the quality of our culinary tools and appliances. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unused item in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
